So Exams are over with and now I have nothing to do. It's 4:45 in the morning and I'm up and wide awake... thank you so much finals week. My already chaotic sleeping schedule is way outta wack now because I've been up all night some nights for "studying" but I've officially failed one class so I'm glad that's out of the way. I should have never taken that class again... who knew I'd do worse when I actually tried to pass. I don't know... but it's not a necessity for my major so I'm never taking it again. but hey... On a much lighter note... I just saved a bunch of money on.... wait... I lied... I gotta buy books for next semester... I lucked out but didn't all at the same time. If I get all used books I'm looking at about $250 and if they're all new then I pay about $300 or so... I've heard of people paying double that... so, as of now I'm lucky. But whatever. Since I'm not neccesarily talking about any specific thing there won't be any pics... Sorry... but Next time... you'll see.
No more quiet hours.... I'm excited about that... 24 hour quiet hours suck so hard...I swear...lol

Fade 2 Black Party!
Last Thursday there was a
party called Fade 2 Black in the Union Square. It was one of the last parties in the old union. Yesterday was the last day for the Den to be open, there will be no more campus Cinema, the union as a whole is closed. With the exception of the Cafeteria it's over! No more den parties or gatherings. What will we do?! I'll get to that later first I need to talk about how big of a hit the Fade 2 Black party was. It was hosted by Billy "the Kid" and his crew from his show on the WIPZ radio show. I'm mad excited about being apart of the radio station now. I got to help set up and tear down the party while partying in between. Fun times. I must say that Union Square went out with a bang, Fade 2 Black set records, Maximum capacity was hit within the first 50 minutes of the doors being open. It was pure craziness! There was a request for entering.... you had to have on all black to get in for $5... majority black $10... no black or very little black... you paid full price of $15...I've never seen so many people lined up outside! There were people from Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, and of course the local UW Schools were there. There were a lot of hurt feelings behind that. But next semester its on all over again but in a bigger place with the max capacity at over 1000 instead of 312 or something of that nature. I will be there hopefully not taking pictures at the door because I did com across some mean people... but that's okay I still had mad fun. Even though the party did get shut down 2 hours early it was one of the top places to be this semester. I loved it!

S.O.L.
So if you can't see from
this picture my glasses split in half recently... the time stamp is so wrong by the way... and if you look closely ou can see that even Urkell couldn't tape these bad boys back together. So I was SOL this weekend, blind and unable to drive... didn't like that at all. But I got new glasses and I really think I've got the wrong perscription because I can't see that well. But hey whatever floats the boat... I can see enough to drive thats all thats necessary. So I'm behind like 250 in iPod money now because of this little accident I had... sucks much... Wanna know how I broke them? I was putting on a hoodie and had my glasses on and for whatever reason after years and years of doing that... this one day one end of my glasses was still over my eye and the other side was on the floor... took me a while to figure out why everything was so blurry... but that's beyond the point..lol so I was blind as a bat... but deaf too... I can't hear too well... so I've been SOL a lot lately...

Game Night
So I live in the dorms here @ Parkside right... and it just so happens that I live on the best floor ever! All the other floors have serious issues but the third floor is too cool. We are united no real drama unless you count the few petty little disagreements between some girls over guys and things of that nature... nothin' too serious tho. But my floor is the substance free floor which in means no illegal drugs... but those are outlawed on every floor... and no alcohol...even if you're 21. Good thing about that is that we don't get the drunken foolishness. In the past we've had a few things happen in the dorms that affected everyone that was a result of drunken foolishness... thanks to those incidents of mad crazy vandalism of the bathrooms on several floors the wing doors are locked.. and now we're our own seperate communities on each floor. Because of this you keep your keys with you all the time and you're stuck with the people who live there on your floor all the time. With my floor its a good thing we do cool stuff together like game nights... We've had Game nights back to back for the last few days because Everyone is so stressed about finals and we need study breaks. I've never seen everyone have so much fun together... We played UNO, Monopoly, Spoons (even though we used pencils), Hilarium, Chess, Checkers, and we danced a little bit too. I've got pictures of people doin' their happy dances after long games of UNO and alliances being crushed in every round. Crazy times... call us corny or whatever you want to, but the Our Floor Rocks!
